Now is the time to get all those fruits and veggies while they are more bountiful in the Summer months and available much cheaper. And frozen is almost as good as fresh as it preserves so many nutrients that cooking takes out.

I love and eat all the items in your list. It’s hard to get pink lemon around here though. I like pink grapefruit too. Such a colorful post and a good reminder that a happy and healthy life starts with what we eat.
