They always tell you to avoid it, I know! The truth is you end up eating more to satisfy your appetite when you try to avoid products labeled fat- free.
Get 6-8hrs of sleep a day
People who sleeps few hours a night gets more belly fat than people who gets 6-8hrs of sleep a night. Not getting enough sleep makes you feel hungry and even if you are not ~ Your awake and before you know it, you need to chew something.
Creat time to prepare your meals
When we eat at a restaurant, we pay for not only the food, but also the costs of running that business so you save when you prepare yours, it helps you to save time and also you use any healthier ingredients you wants, avoid food sensitivities/allergies and helps with portion control as well.

Don’t listen to music or watch TV while eating or while standing because you can easily eat lots more than if you sit down. People who watch TV also consume much food than people who don’t and this is because their mind is preoccupied with their surroundings~So they eat more than they should without knowing it.
Go with full belly ! Don’t go to the grocery when you’re hungry, of course! You know what to expect. You will buy things you don’t need to buy and who knows, you may start consuming them right from the store. Shop from a prepared list -so impulse buying is kept to a minimum and as we all know, eating right starts with stocking healthy food.
Reduce your soda in take and if possible, stop! People who reduce their soda intake loose weight faster more than those that didn’t cut down.
After dinner treats
A lot of people are guilty right here. Stop! Start a new habit of having water or taking a cup of tea instead of a snack and generally you shouldn’t eat anything after dinner. Please treat yourself right!
Surprise right! Yap~ Drinking water from plastic bottle can make you grow fat, it contain BPA which is chemical that causes you to sleep and makes you put on weight and disrupts your hormone level. Which is not good.
Eat to certain time slots ~ Timing when you eat helps you to reduce weight. People who mix up their eating time loose less weight than those who stick to their time.
Start with light food
Don’t skip breakfast, It is the most important meal of the day. your body needs energy for the rest of day so starting your day with something light~ e.g salad , because they fill you up and helps you to consume less food of your second meal. You won’t eat as much as someone who started with heavy meal.
Get a handle on proper serving sizes and maintain it -in or outside your home because big portion slows down your metabolism and causes you to gain weight. Bowls of food always beg to be eaten so don’t pack much food in your plate.
