Body odor is the unfortable smell that no one wants to be associated with. The causes might not be a big thing but, no one wants to have it. It is thus prudent that one understands the causes, self-treatment and when to see a doctor.
Among what you need to know about body odor is it’s causes poor hygiene which might be caused by intentional avoidance, illness or some norms is one cause. Eating some specific foods might be a cause. For example, eating lots of onions and garlic can result in body odor. Humid weather and excessive sweating account for a high percentage of body odor. Serious causes include a skin chronic condition, a lump in the groin or armpit, and precocious puberty.

• Self -treatment may include regular bathing with antibacterial soap.
• Frequent change of clothes.
• Use of antiperspirant and deodorants also helps.
• Towel Off Well.
• Avoiding spicy food and also caffeinated drinks helps as depend on the cause. Beverages containing caffeine or alcohol can promote sweating, as can spicy foods. drugs can cause excessive sweating as well.
