WHAT I EAT IN A DAY HEALTHY REALISTIC ! Each day I try to eat three meals and has a healthy balance of carbohydrates, fats, and proteins. I love fruits&vegetables to keep me feeling satisfied all day long. Some days even include a glass of wine. Feel free to add more water.
