Avoid chemical laden products, hash ingredients will cause damage and weigh down your locks . Avoid shampoos, conditioners and other hair care products that contain harsh ingredients.
Stopping or eliminating smoking, caffeine and fizzy drinks will help your help a whole lot making it grow stronger and longer.
