  4. All of these foods are packed with vital nutrients that will benefit you in so many ways. Walnuts are great for your brain and sweet potato is a great alternative to the normal ones. Going to start making my own greek yogurt soon

  5. Thanks for your educational post. I knew about most of these, but not walnuts or spinach. Walnuts make sense though, since they are considered one of the healthiest nuts.
