Greek Youghurt
Greek yogurt is high in protein, the hair loves vitamin B5 and also known as pantothenic acid, which you’ll find in many shampoos and conditioners and vitamin D, which has recently been linked with healthy hair follicles.
Blueberries

Great information. Only recently I was told that molasses was good for the natural hair and it helps to keep the hair from grey prematurely. Any thoughts on that?

I absolutely luv all the foods you’ve mentioned, Sharon, and eat them all regularly, except the lentils! I don’t smoke; do an occasional coffee 😦 and have never been a fizzy drinker… Hahaaa… A great post.. 🙂
