HOW TO MAKE A SANDWICH AT HOME

 

INGREDIENTS

– boneless and skinless chicken breasts

-1 teaspoon of garlic powder

-1 teaspoon paprika(Optional)

-1 teaspoon of ginger powder

-1 teaspoon of onion powder

-1 teaspoon black pepper

-2 stock cubes

-1/4 teaspoon of salt

-2 large eggs

-1 cup of vegetable oil for frying

-1 cup of all purpose flour

-soft bread/ hamburger buns,split

-1 onion, tomatoes and lettuce: Cut into slices

-Mayonnaise

PREPARATION

*Wash and dry chicken breast. Cut the chicken breasts in horizontally to thin cutlets. Place the cutlets aside.

*Add flour in a bowl, add garlic powder, ginger powder, black pepper , paprika, stock cubes, onion powder and salt:mix together and set aside

*Add 2 big eggs in a bowl , whisk and set aside. You can add milk(Optional) I used Just eggs.

*Soak/ dip chicken breast in egg mixture and dip in flour mixture, turn to coat really well/Making sure they are properly covered with the mixture, shake off any excess and set them aside.

*Heat vegetable oil in a pot over medium heat until a deep-fry thermometer registers 325 degrees F and start frying, about 5minutes adjusting the heat as needed and wellaaa..Ready when is golden brown, drain on clean paper towels.

*Cut sides of the buns, spread with some of the mayonnaise  and put onion, tomatoes slices, then add lettuce and a  piece of chicken and cover with the bun top, press down and cut/ Enjoy your big sandwich!
